DGVox is a proprietary software, and the graphical user interface (GUI) for Logging Solutions that has been developed by Vox Spectrum. The DGVox software development platform is the integral element of our product development and innovation efforts. Vertical specific features and customizations are planned and incorporated into DGVox using exclusive versioning for each vertical.

Web-Based

DGVox is web-based which allows it to be managed from a remote location. Using a simple web browser the application can be accessed anytime from anywhere.

OS

DGVOX operates on industry standard commercial-of-the-shelf (COTS) hardware using Windows Operating System. Windows 2000, XP and Vista are all supported.

Flexibility

DGVox is modular in configuration and is completely scalable. It facilitates customers in adding more channels as there business grows.

Integration

The DGVOX architecture allows it to be integrated with other applications like CRM solutions, Emergency Response systems and similar third party applications

Compatibility

The DGVox software is compatible with all leading EAPBXs (Samsung, Siemens, Ericsson, Panasonic, Alcatel etc.). Besides normal telephony it also supports calls made on VOIP protocols. Wireless and fax signals can also be logged.
