Vox Spectrum Releases DGVOX AutoDialer 1.1
DGVOX AutoDialer to help Call Centers to significantly reduce costs by automating the message and information delivery.

DGVOX AutoDialer lets call centers dial out automatically and sequentially from a database of phone numbers to send pre-recorded messages to their customers or collect information from them.
DGVOX Auto Dialer is an intelligent system that even allows the call centers to set the Dialer to dial out as per demographic or other customer attributes stored in the database, optimizing the calling cost by dialing only the target group. These dialing attributes can changed for each message.

Simultaneous Dialing:
DGVOX, AutoDialer simultaneously dial as many numbers as there are CTI Channels in the DGVOX AutoDialer server. It would continue dialing until all the numbers in the database have been contacted or out until the number of calls set by the user are reached.
Round the clock service:
Automatic the information delivery process allows the call centers to operate beyond the normal working hours without incurring the additional costs of manning the call centers during these hours.
Inbound Calls:
DGVOX AutoDialer can also handle inbound calls from the customers. It functions similar to an IVR, prompting the Callers to make appropriate selections and delivering pre-recorded information relevant to the selection. It also gives option to the caller to leave his or her message.
Transcription:
DGVOX AutoDailer is a necessary tool for Medical and Legal Transcription Services. The client can dial in, punch in their pin number and departmental code and record the transcription information.
