Vox Spectrum Releases DGVOX Agent 1.1
DGVOX Agent 1.1 is a powerful add-on to DGVox Voice Loggers. Lets the Call Center Agent Trigger recording from the desktop.

DGVOX AGENT gives Record on Demand control to individual agents. DGVOX AGENT will be extremely useful for call centers where agents have to make recording decisions while on the phone with customers.
Apart from the recording control, DGVOX Agent lets the agent flag and color code the calls as well as add notes and reference numbers to the calls. Agents can initiate recording through the software or by using specified function keys or hot keys. DGVOX Agent lets each agent retrieve his or her calls for instant review. DGVOX Agent comes with a Manager Override option to help supervisor’s to override agent’s recording control rights.
Software based Free Agent-Seating is built into DGVOX Agent. DGVOX Agent sits in the system tray and pops up when clicked. DGVOX Agent is a light but powerful tool that helps call centers to enhance the voice logger’s potential and the efficiency and productivity of the agents. DGVOX Agent is currently available only for Microsoft Windows operating systems.
