Vox Spectrum India Awarded ISO 9001:2000 certifiation
Chennai, July 10, 2007 – Vox Spectrum Pvt. Ltd, the Indian subsidiary of diversified telecommunications Group Vox Spectrum, was today certified ISO 9001:2000 for its assembly, sales and service of its proprietary voice logging systems by an audit team of the renowned TUV SUD South Asia Pvt Ltd.
“Our ISO 9001 certification is one way of letting our stakeholders know that we are committed to providing quality products and services,” said Mr Vinod Krishnan, Group Managing Director. He said the certification was not just a document but something that made us do all things with a measure of quality in mind.
“Let us live up to the certification - and the expectation of our customers - and strive towards quality in everything we do,” he told employees of the company, adding that without resting on our laurels we should aim for quality to become an all pervasive system in the Group.
