The Challenge
The customer has a wide spectrum of frequencies of wireless communication on multiple wireless networks and an equally large wired telephony network distributed across the state, These voice communications on varied platforms require to be recorded and monitored 24/7.
The entire monitoring process had to be centralized on a single server for each territory, typically the district head quarter. They requested Vox Spectrum to provide a solution.

The Solution
Vox Spectrum engineers analyzed the customer's requirements and designed a cost-effective yet user friendly and centralized voice logging solution that could be interfaced with both wired and wireless platforms.
The Vox Zigma series of desktop loggers were deployed, equipped with recording interfaces for both analog telephone & wireless lines.
These voice loggers monitored the complete spectrum of wireless channels along with telephone lines, enabling the customer to have a centralized unit for live monitoring & reporting functions 24/7.
The solution has been deployed in 2006 at 30 locations across the vast state and has been functioning ever since to the customer's utmost satisfaction. |
