The Challenge
The customer has multiple frequencies of wireless communication on a wide spectrum of wireless networks. These voice communications on varied platforms require to be recorded & monitored 24/7. Vox Spectrum had to develop a solution capable of integrating seamlessly with the existing network backbone.
 
The Solution
Vox Spectrum engineers designed a cost effective yet user friendly centralized voice logging solution that could be interfaced with both wired & wireless platforms. The solution has been deployed in 2006 at 20 locations across the state and has been functioning to the customer’s satisfaction.
